Our large and mobile pig grill lets you earn your money wherever hungry customers are to be found. In contrast to a permanently mounted grill, which means guests have to come to you, this mobile grill lets you go directly to the customers to serve them on location. Complete with street-legal TÜV certification, the XXL grill is classified as a trailer equipped with brakes. The gas inspection allows use of the mobile grill with propane gas drawn from an 11 kg gas cylinder (must be purchased separately) in the gas compartment located in the rear of the trailer. Gas pressure is controlled using special gas regulators with integrated safety shut-off valves, ensuring the right flow of gas for grilling. The mobile grill can also be operated using natural gas, often the case when the pig grill is used as a stationary grill (which is also possible!!). In this case the undercarriage and trailer attachment are omitted. The grill is then set up using a similarly constructed frame with large and stable rollers, still mobile in this format. Perfectly designed, incomparably good!
Grill, sizzle, fry
The drive is constructed so that a large pig or a quarter ox, weighing a maximum of 190 kg and with a diameter of less than 850 mm, can be grilled, taking the useable spit length of 1850 mm into account. Of course other foods (e.g. chickens, ham hocks, ducks, rolled pork, etc.) can be split up on the seven spits included with the grill. As an option we can also build an additional fryer into the mobile grill which opens up just about unlimited possibilities. In addition, pan heating can also optionally be installed under the spit. With so many uses, the grill trailer is highly attractive, since you can be independent, particularly important in the field of catering and party service.
