The double-walled body maximizes effectiveness, since the insulating effect of the design means energy savings without compromising on performance. The ignition lock built into the safety pilot valve ensures safe operation. The piezo ignition lights the pilot flame of the gas fryer’s ignition burner, keeping the burner which is to be lit constantly at the ready.
The slanted floor pan, specially developed by KSF, features a cooling zone which catches and holds the fryer crumbs without burning. This makes it possible to use the frying oil longer and helps retain oil quality. This also means an efficient reduction in the amount of oil you use.
A chimney on the back of the unit lets heat and exhaust gases escape. The fryer is used in constant operation and can fry large volumes of deep-frozen food without temperature drops. This professional fryer runs on either propane or natural gas.
